• System of electronic archive
  
  Application: Main mission of electronic archive – to ensure automation of information gathering and processing, organization of effective storage and access to unstructured information in the documents during operative work.
  
  Basic goals of implementation:
  
  • Basic goal of EA system is automation of production business-processes, connected with input, accounting, storage and access to electronic images of documents of the chancellery, accounting office, technical, operational, legal documentation, opportunities of adding-in, modification and documents administration
    
  • Creation of unified database of the documents of corporate content, opportunities of its refill, modification and management;
    
  • Development of rational system of documents compilation, safety ensuring, comprehensive implication and protection of informational resources of KazTransOil JSC;
    
  • Increase of efficiency and decrease of labor expenses during informational and inquiry work, acquisition, attributing and rubricating of documents, received from day-to-day documentation processing and received in the result of retro conversion of paper archive;

  Application: R/3 system is designated for company’s material and financial resources accounting and planning in real time mode.

• Corporate network of “KazTransOil” JSC
  
  Application: Corporate network of “KazTransOil” JSC is designated for integration of all informational and technical resources of network of the Company (including DBMS, applied programs, application server, servers of working groups, active network equipment, voice and data transfer equipment etc.) in one informational space.
  
  Basic goals of implementation:
  
  • Ensuring of reliable work of services and servers: mail service, Internet service, domain controllers, SAP R/3 system, document flow (Lotus Notes), file service, system of data archiving and recovery, system of data storage and processing, antivirus protection;

• Corporative geo-informational system of pipelines of “KazTransOil” JSC
  
  Application: Corporative geo-informational system serves as a sole resource of information about spatial-distributional production facilities of the Company and visualizes this data on the digital map.

  • Creation of spatial database about pipelines and options of its modification;
    
  • Presentation of data in maps, diagrams, graphs, schemes;

  Application: Systematization and analyses of information for making decisions, related to assessment of technical condition and planning of repair works of the pipeline.

News

• On November 16 - December 30, 2009 remedial maintenance of hardware and software suite of the system within the frames of contractual obligations on maintenance of CGIS on HOPS Aktau of Mangistau OPD of the Western branch of “KazTransOil” JSC was planed.
  
• On November 17 - December 27, 2009 to increase work efficiency and degree of appliance of SAP system in business-processes of the Company the management made a decision on organization of full-scale targeted training for SAP system users. The result of given training is in increase of level of knowledge and skills of employees of the Company in efficient usage of all opportunities of SAP system.
  
• On November 30 – December 11, 2009 works on amendment of database of КИЭС were planed in the Western and Eastern branches of “KazTransOil” JSC within the frames of accomplishment of works on maintenance agreement with КИЭС.
  
• On December 3 – 4, 2009 the employees of Unified HR development center accomplished attestation of employees of CCCU branch in the Central office of “KazTransOil” JSC.
  
• On November 23 – December 4, 2009 within the frames of internal audit in all subsidiary companies of “NC KazMunaiGas” JSC the audit was conducted by internal audit service of “KazMunaiGas” JSC in CCCU branch of “KazTransOil” JSC.

• On November 25 – 26, 2009, in CCCU branch of KazTransOil JSC (Astana), the specialists of contractor organization «Neftegazsystema»CJSC, within the frames of performance of contractual obligations on maintenance of ACTCRMCS, adjustments and amendments of system modules were held; version of the system on servers of ACTCRMCS was also renewed.
  
• On November 16 – 20, 2009, in computing center of the Eastern branch of “KazTransOil” JSC (Pavlodar), within the frames of performance of works under CGIS maintenance agreement, training of employees of the Eastern branch of the Company «Training for users of CGIS (IPLEX)» was held.
  
• On November 2 – 6, 2009, in training educational center of the Western branch of “KazTransOil” JSC (Aktau), within the frames of performance of works under CGIS maintenance agreement, training of employees of the Western branch of the Company «Training for users of CGIS (IPLEX)» was held.

• Within the frames of transfer of the document flow of “KazTransOil” JSC to state language on June 24 Kazakh language exam among the employees of CCCU, who attend beginners, intermediate and advanced courses, was held. The employees of the branch performed good knowledge of Kazakh on the exam.

• During the period September 8 – 19, 2008 in study room of CCCU branch of KazTransOil JSC (Astana), within the frames of performance of works under “Corporate Geo Informational System of Main Pipelines” (CGIS). IV stage: Expansion of interaction with integral platform (IP). Updated map maintenance, technical maintenance of licensed software ArcGIS ESRI. Users training" contract training of employees of the Company on the following topic « Working with CGIS (IPLEX) users training» was conducted.
  
• On September 3, 2008 in “KazTransOil” JSC a contest for knowledge of the state language was held. Employees of Central office of “KazTransOil” JSC and of all branches of the Company – Western, Eastern, Scientific-Technical Center, CCCU branch – took part. All employees of the Company demonstrated good knowledge of Kazakh on the contest. The event was highlighted on the state channel «Kazakhstan». Newspapers of Astana also contained articles about the contest with pictures.

• During August 14 – 15, 2008 in Atyrau on the basis of newly launched sport and recreational center of the Western branch of “KazTransOil” JSC an Olympiad with participation of teams of the Central office, Western Eastern branch and picked team of Scientific-Technical Center and CCCU branch was held on the following sections: mini-football, volleyball, table tennis, swimming, and billiard. All teams demonstrated excellent athletic performance and excellent results in all sections.

• On July 21 – 25, 2008 in Training-educational center of the Western branch of KazTransOil JSC (Aktau), within the frames of Contract on provision of services on maintenance of «Corporate informational environmental system of payments calculation and statement compilation» (CIES) a training for environmental engineers of «CIES» system was held on the topic «Appliance of CIES system for payments calculation and statement compilation».

• On June 6 in accordance with order of “KazTransOil” JSC “On transfer to documents preparation in Kazakh language in “KazTransOil” JSC” dated March 2, 2006 a contest for determination level of knowledge of Kazakh language was held in CCCU branch of “KazTransOil” JSC. Employees, who demonstrated good knowledge, were awarded with diplomas.
  
• In Educational Training Center of the Western branch of “KazTransOil” JSC (Aktau) within the frames of agreement on provision of services on expansion of interaction of corporate geo informational system of main pipelines with integration platform, maintenance of updated cartography of CGIS, technical maintenance of licensed software ArcGIS ESRI and users training, a training for employees of Western branch of “KazTransOil” JSC on «Appliance of navigation devices GPS in CGIS system for production matters» was held. During the training employees practiced outdoors with a coacher on the trace of main oil pipeline and on the territory of HOPS Aktau. Corporate geo informational system serves as sole resource of information on spatial distributional production facilities of the Company and visualizes this data on the digital map.

• On 30 May CCCU branch of “KazTransOil” JSC, located in the administrative building of “KazTransOil” JSC jointly with representatives of contracting organizations “Semser” JSC and “AsiaGroupTechnology” LLP training fire-tactical exercises on inspection of:
  
  1. preparedness of employees of the branch to fire, technical accidents prevention, navigation in accordance with evacuation plan;
     
  2. technical condition and operative readiness of fire extinguishing systems and fire protection facilities;
     
  3. extinguishing of conditional fire and actions of representatives of “Semser” JSC during fire alarm and revealing of the subject resembling explosive device.
  
  По завершению проведенного учебно-тренировочного пожарно-тактического занятия были подведены итоги, а также меры по устранению и не допущению ошибок работниками Филиала в подобных ситуациях.
  
• In Mangistau Oil pipeline Department (Aktau) of the Western branch of “KazTransOil” JSC on the Head Oil pumping Station “Aktau” within the period from May 19 till 23, 2008 within the frames of agreement on provision of services on maintenance of system of environmental monitoring on HOPS Aktau of MOPD of WB of “KazTransOil” JSC (EM CGIS) works on calibration of gauges fixing the degree of air pollution by emissions on HOPS and attached territories were held. System of environmental monitoring is a functional module of CGIS system and designated for gathering, storage, processing and analyses of information provided to users and external systems about environmental state on the technological facilities of HOPS Aktau and attached territories.

• A meeting with the head of ideological sector of PDP “Nur Otan”, Doctor of historical sciences, professor, and academician of SAEP Kazkenov K.M. on presentation of the Message of the President to people of Kazakhstan for 2008 was held in CCCU branch of KazTransOil JSC (Astana).
  
• In CCCU branch of KazTransOil JSC (Astana) during April 16-18, 2008 within the frames of provision of services on maintenance of “Corporate Informational Environmental System of payments calculation and statements compilation” (KIES) a training for KIES administrators was held. Corporate Informational Environmental System of payments calculation and statements compilation – software and hardware system, consisting of computers, servers, telecommunication equipment and software enabling to automate a part of routine of employees of environmental divisions of “KazTransOil” JSC.

• A stage of “Consolidation of financial statements” project implementation in SEM SAP BW system was completed in “KazTransOil” JSC. A work in operative system was planned for the first quarter of 2008. Given project was implemented in the unified system which consolidates a financial information of “NC KazMunaiGas” JSC and “KazTransGas” JSC companies.
  
  A main mission of compilation of consolidated financial statements is in presentation of the entire group of companies (including national and foreign subsidiary organizations) as a one organization. During the process of consolidation of financial statements data, attributed to “internal transactions” is not accounted. The main difference of consolidated statements from non-consolidated ones is in difference in definitions, what is “internal” and “external”. Business-consolidation is one of the components of SAP Strategic enterprise management (SEM) developed with the purpose of optimization of enterprise management process. SAP business-consolidation (SEM BCS) – is an applied component, performing the consolidation functions, which can be used both for external (legislative) and internal (managerial) reporting of the holding.
  
• “Personnel administrating and management in “KazTransOil” JSC” was completed in “KazTransOil” JSC. Presently data on Central office employees input process to SAP R-3 system is being accomplished.
