The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of «KazTransOil» JSC therefore resolved:

1) on common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC being in nominal holding of «Central Securities Depository» JSC through a paying agent represented by «Central Securities Depository» JSC;
2) on common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC not being in nominal holding of «Central Securities Depository» JSC by the Company itself.
