To ensure the fulfillment of the Corporate Secretary’s functions in «KazTransOil» JSC (hereinafter - the Company) was established Corporate Secretary Service. Corporate Secretary Service is a structural subdivision of the Company carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Charter, Corporate Governance Code, the Regulations on the Corporate Secretary of the Company and other internal documents of the Company.

Citizenship: Republic of Kazakhstan.

Date of birth: October 20, 1972.

Education: Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University majoring in philosophy and economics, psychologist, and higher school «Adilet» majoring in Law, Lawyer.

Career history: During the period from 1999 to 2002, he worked in «Kazakhoil» NOC» CJSC as senior analyst, head of the Department of Strategic Planning and External Economic Relations. In the period from 2002 to 2014 held senior positions in «KazMunayGas» NC JSC and «KazMunayGas» EP» JSC. In 2014-2015 acted as the head of the Service for Compliance of «KazTransOil» JSC. Currently he is a Corporate Secretary of «KazTransOil» JSC.
